Lettuce Ladies LLC offers USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Didn’t receive an email? Fill out the contact form promptly.
2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates function at a flat rate. USPS Ground Advantage is $3. USPS Priority Mail is $12. USPS Priority Mail Express is $50. There is no additional cost for multiple items.
3. Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
4. Returns Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Requests for returns due to damage must be reported within seven days of receiving the item.

Any items reported as damaged after the seven-day period will not be accepted for return or exchange.

5. Lost or Missing Packages:

Lettuce Ladies LLC is not responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
